    Hello David,

Please check whether the include-sub folder is enabled or not.

Then your decrypted folder already been added to the secured folder or not? -if not added, Please add the folder in the secured folder section first.

After that, Please follow the steps we explain in the below.

You can decrypt the multiple/more of the encrypted file, first select all encrypted files and then right-click on the file and select AxCrypt > Decrypt
    Or
In the recent files tab, select all encrypted file then right click on the file(which you want to decrypt) and select Stop Securing and remove from list
    Or
You can able to decrypt the AxCrypt secured folder by navigating to the Secured Folders Tab from the AxCrypt app. Then Right click on the selected folder (which you want to decrypt) and choose the menu option Decrypt Permanently.

    Hello Richard,

AxCrypt decrypts the encrypted file and helps to open the same with the corresponding application(s). AxCrypt performs as much as faster based on the user’s system configuration and the file size and file count.

When we open the encrypted files, AxCrypt will temporarily decrypt the encrypted files and try to open the decrypted file in the corresponding application which was mapped in the operating system

For example: if you open the doc file, AxCrypt just decrypts the files only. After that doc files are opening in the Corresponding Application only. So Corresponding application only takes a time to open the files.

If the above doesn’t help, please write an email to our support team support@axcrypt.net.

    Hello Aissa,

AxCrypt will automatically switch to ‘offline’ mode if it’s not possible to connect to the server. It can also be started with set permanently offline by using the “File | Options | Always Offline” option.

Please check : You have already enabled the option Always Offline(File| option| Always offline). So now disable the option (Always Offline) then Exit in the AxCrypt app and clear the AxCrypt local cache by clicking the menu item File | Options | Clear All Settings and Exit from the AxCrypt app.Check your internet connection now start the AxCrypt app and credentials. Now check AxCrypt app are offline or not?

Check your internet connection now start the AxCrypt app and credentials. Now you are able to see the Premium status on the AxCrypt application title bar.

If the user’s system is not connected with an internet(offline state), then the AxCrypt app don’t know account/subscription updates/status. So you will need to sign in to the AxCrypt app with internet enabled.

    Hello Stephen,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

To change the account email, Sign in to the AxCrypt account site https://account.axcrypt.net/en/Home/Login  with the email address and then go to Security | Email to set the new email.

When doing the email changes, we have to be careful with the email addresses and its accounts. There must not already be such an account. If there is, please delete it first. – Means we can change the AxCrypt account email address to new email address which is not associated with any other AxCrypt accounts.

If you are asking any Queries, please write to Support@axcrypt.net we are happy to help you.

    Hello

Please try to clear the AxCrypt local contents by using the AxCrypt file menu File | Options | Clear All Settings & Restart or clicking the switch user button in the sign in dialog.

Check your internet connection now start the AxCrypt app and enter the email address and credentials.

I don’t remember what passwords I had used — If you think you almost know the password, we have simple software allowing you to try to find your password, and you can download the most recent version from https://account.axcrypt.net/Download/AxBruteForce.exe and read of how to use it at https://www.axcrypt.net/axcrypt-brute-force/. Please note that we cannot provide support beyond this.

If you do not remember the password to your account, you can always reset it. This is not a way to recover encrypted files! It’s only to allow you to sign in to the AxCrypt app and web. The new password will be used to encrypt new files. Go to https://account.axcrypt.net/Home/PasswordReset to do this, or you can also go there from AxCrypt with File | Options | Password Reset.

If the above doesn’t help, please write an email to our support team support@axcrypt.net.

    Hello Mahmood,

We are sorry to say, Currently, we are not supporting command line options. We will add that feature in future versions of the AxCrypt app.

With the AxCrypt key-sharing feature, we can share the encrypted files with customers. But AxCrypt encrypted files have a special file type extension “.axx”. So encrypted files can be opened only with the AxCrypt app. customer needs to register with AxCrypt free version to decrypt/view the encrypted files.

Note: We need to send the encrypted file to the customer manually. But the file will be send as encrypted due to security concerns.

If you are asking any Queries, please write to Support@axcrypt.net we are happy to help you.
