    Hello Triche,

    Yes, secured folder functionality works the same in one drive also.

    AxCrypt Secured Folder:  — AxCrypt secures files, individually. However, you can designate folders as ‘secured’. The folders will be monitored for new files, and AxCrypt will secure all new files with a single click, or when you sign out.

    You can also select multiple files, including all files in a folder, to be secured in a single operation. They still remain individual files, and the folder itself is not secured, just the files in it.

    If you are added the new file in a secured folder, then you have to click the “Broom icon” or sign-out from the AxCrypt app. now your newly added file is encrypted.

    Incase the folder is not listed in the Secured Folder list, then you have to secure the folder again using the Add Secured Folder option from the right click content menu. Now you can click the broom icon. Now your files are encrypted.

    Include Subfolders:

    You can encrypt a folder by using Secured Folders option. After that if you create a subfolder, it won’t re-encrypt the files of subfolder.

    We can include the sub-folder by enabling the feature from the AxCrypt app menu File | Options | Include Subfolders. By default Include Subfolders will be disabled. So Sub-folders are not encrypted without enabling this feature.

    We do have a plan to develop the same. Sorry to say, We are not sure when we are going to do. But we will do the same in near future.

    Our developers are busy with developing and fixing major and high priority task/issues. Based on our developers availability, it will get completed soon.

    No, Currently AxCrypt 2.x does not support command line integration.

    Download the latest version of the AxCrypt app file from our official website https://www.axcrypt.net/download/.

    If you are installing the AxCrypt app on your system and sign in AxCrypt app with your account credentials. Now you are able to see the subscription status on the AxCrypt application title bar. 

    if are not download the AxCrypt app, Please download the AxCrypt app First in the above link, After that install the same.

    If the above doesn’t help, please provide detailed information about the issue and screenshot.also write a email to support@axcrypt.net.

    Hello Anonymous,

    Just open the old encrypted file with the new email address and enter the file password(which was used in the file encryption process). Now AxCrypt opens the file.

    If you know the file password(which was used in the file encryption process) to decrypt/open the old encrypted file. Otherwise, Without file password nobody to decrypt the encrypted file.

    There is no problem with the latest version. We have literally hundreds of thousands of users a succeed in signing in, both using the app and the web.

    AxCrypt is a file encryption software with no backdoor. AxCrypt do not store users’ information or password in our server, instead it will keep the users’ basic information like Email address, IP Address and more

    Do you forget the AxCrypt Password? if yes, Please use AxBruteForce tool to recover the encrypted files.

    If you think you almost know the password, we have simple software allowing you to try to find your password, and you can download the most recent version from https://account.axcrypt.net/Download/AxBruteForce.exe   and read of how to use it at https://www.axcrypt.net/axcrypt-brute-force/. Please note that we cannot provide support beyond this.

    If you know the file password(which was used in the file encryption process) to decrypt/open the encrypted file. Otherwise, Without file password nobody to decrypt the encrypted file.

    Sorry to say, AxCrypt app does not having one- time Subscription.  AxCrypt offers monthly and annual(yearly) based subscription for the user.

    AxCrypt now working on a recurring/auto-renewal subscription. So AxCrypt will automatically renew the subscription at the end of the current subscription period.(June month 2020 onwards). Next year your AxCrypt subscription renewal automatically.

    After purchasing Business/Premium, you will need to sign out and then sign in again in the AxCrypt app and it will automatically enable Business/Premium feature. Sign in to the AxCrypt app with the internet connection. Because AxCrypt app will try to sync your subscription details from our secured servers to your local machine.

    Internet is Required for the first time of login after creating account or purchasing Premium/Business Subscriptions or resetting the account password via the AxCrypt account site. Because AxCrypt app will try to fetch your subscription and account details from our secured servers to the locally installed AxCrypt app.

    Check your internet connection now start the AxCrypt app and credentials.
