    I signed up for the trial, and expected a notification that it was about to end, and a subscription fee taken. I did not use the software sufficiently to warrant purchase. Then I saw that without warning, the annual subscription fee has been charged to my card. I did not want to take up the subscription and have asked for a refund. The chat line is closed for the weekend so have sent an email.
