Hello WANSIK KIM,
Thanks for your detailed information.
The exception code in the event log is 0x80070643.
We found the below link in the internet to resolve your issues,
Please check the above links and try to resolve the issue, if you are agree/ok with the solution. Or please check with your system administrator for more help(s). We do not guarantee about others support answers. But we are just helping the user to verify and resolve the issue.
I think, installing pending operating system updates(if any) and run the dot net framework trouble shooter, will help you to resolve the same.
After doing the fixes, please try to uninstall and re-install the AxCrypt app. Restart your pc if your system needs.
If you are facing any issues, please contact our support team at support@axcrypt.net.
Hello Richard Williams,
To change the account email, Sign in to the AxCrypt account site https://account.axcrypt.net/en/Home/Login with the email address and then go to Security | Email to set the new email.
When doing the email changes, we have to be careful with the email addresses and its accounts. There must not already be such an account. If there is, please delete it first. – Means we can change the AxCrypt account email address to new email address which is not associated with any other AxCrypt accounts.
If you are facing any issues, please contact our support team at support@axcrypt.net.

Hello Leslie Fisher,
We sincerely apologize for the issue that you are facing. We observed the registered complaint and found out that this happened due to added security norms in google cloud API side. The resolution to this comes costly to us at this point of time with the current application as we are working stringently on enhancing our application to newer frameworks for all platforms. We request you to hold back and allow us sometime while we release the new apps.
We thank you for being such a valuable customer and we assure you with resolution in the new upgraded app. Please write to us in case you need further assistance.

Hello Chris,
This might be because of problem with a dot net framework or some other third party applications are not allowing the AxCrypt app to run. Please check your operating system has any pending updates. If any, please update.
Please check whether your operating system has dot net framework 4.5 or above? If not please install the same. You can download the dot net framework here, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 .
Also Please try to check any firewall or antivirus software’s are blocking the AxCrypt app or not? If blocked, please add the AxCrypt app in the app’s whitelist. Then restart your system and install the AxCrypt app.
Please delete the folder %LocalAppData%\AxCrypt(C:\Users\’User Name’\AppData\Local\AxCrypt) to clear the local cache and starts the AxCrypt app like a new.
Then uninstall the AxCrypt app and restart the system then install the latest version of the AxCrypt app You can download the same from our official website: https://www.axcrypt.net/download/ . (if already download, please ignore it).
Now install the AxCrypt app and try to start AxCrypting……
