Inactivity Timer not working?

I recently got a new company and now my inactivity timeout is not working.

I have my inactivity timeout set to 15 minutes.  I open a file, it prompts for password, I enter and great.

On the old computer, if I opened another file 20 minutes later, it needed the password again.  Which is what I want – in case someone, for example, steals an open computer.

However, on the new computer, I went out, came back an hour later, and could open secure files without a password.

Any ideas?  I noticed with the new computer, I also downloaded a newer version of AxCrypt (2.1.1608.0) vs the old one (2.1.1585.0)

Everything seems fine and it’s working fine when we tried to recreate the issue in our local environment.
