I can not decrypt

Are you getting any exceptions or error messages while decrypting the file using the AxCrypt app? If yes, what type of exception or error message you are getting? Please share the details of that exception or error message. We are investigating the problem and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Do you have any screenshots? If yes, Please you can send a screenshot showing where the problem is, it often helps us understand.

I encrypted a bunch of video files, I have the premium version, the files were mp4 video files and most of them pretty big 100mb the smallest to 10GB. They were first recorded on my android S24 Ultra and android S25 Ultra phone, I used an app called Background Vdeo Recorder and XSCamera to record the videos. I transferred the encrypted files to Dropbox and probably back and forth several times from Dropbox to my PC and back to Dropbox. Now most the files either make no effort to okay the video or a few play for a minute or two and then then black and the audio continues perfectly for the rest of a 3 hour video. These are extremely important videos that are being used in a legal court case.
