error inflating: invalid literal / length code

Hi

I have a large, 32 GB Axcrypt-encrypted file on my laptop that I created with an old version of Axcrypt a few weeks ago. The encrypted file contains about 200 large files.

I tried to decrypt the file, and I continually get the error message “error inflating: invalid literal / length code,” and the file fails to be decrypted.

I still get the same error message after

·         updating my version of Axcrypt

·         trying to debug, “try broken file,” and “check and verify file.”

Do you have any suggestions please, or am I am out of luck?
