Duplicate sign-in windows on my screen and can't cancel or shut down either one

Hello, Help Person:

Somehow, I have found myself with two open sign-in windows. I cannot cancel either one by hitting “Cancel” or by “X” closing them. Consequently, I’m totally frozen out of AxCrypt.

This is important as I need to decrypt the file folder. One of the sign-in windows can be moved around with the mouse; however, the other can’t be selected or moved and is right in the middle of my desktop.

Please help soon!

Please explain the more detailed information about the issue also some screenshots. Also, you can write an email to our support team support@axcrypt.net.we are trying to find the issue and fix the issue as soon as possible.

Please explain which AxCrypt version do you used?
