I want to delete my axcrypt account permanently since I’m not using the service at all

Hello Olli,

We do not delete accounts on request via email for security reasons. If you wish to delete your account, please sign in at https://account.axcrypt.net/Home/Login and do so using the ‘Delete AxCrypt ID’ function under ‘Security. Be sure to decrypt any encrypted documents before doing so.
