Cancel subscription

I no longer wish to continue this service and want to cancel my subscription and delete my account. I was unable to delete account using the option on the website. I was also unable to cancel my subscription following the options on the website. After selecting the link, it would take me to another page of your website unrelated to cancelling/deleting subscription/account.

We do not delete accounts on request via email for security reasons. If you wish to delete your account, please sign in at https://account.axcrypt.net/Home/Login  and do so using the ‘Delete AxCrypt ID’ function under ‘Security. Be sure to decrypt any encrypted documents before doing so.
