I recently completed a 30-day trial and unfortunately forgot to cancel my subscription before it renewed. I did not intend to continue with the Premium plan and was unaware of the charge until recently.
Could you please assist with cancelling my subscription.

To cancel your subscription, please sign into your account at https://account.axcrypt.net/ and click the “Cancel Subscription” button on the “My AxCrypt ID” page.

Dinosaur GameSiddhartha’s situation highlights the importance of calendar reminders for subscription trials! It’s easy to forget in our busy lives. I wonder what AxCrypt’s policy is for these situations, especially with accidental renewals? It might be helpful to have a grace period. Speaking of easy to miss things, I can always still spot my mistake in the Dinosaur Game.

You would have received an email regarding the policies and other Terms and Conditions of AxCrypt which you agree to before purchasing a subscription. Additionally, there is a counter which shows how many days are remaining in your current subscription irrespective of whether you are running on trial or an active one as soon as you login to your account via account.axcrypt.net. AxCrypt cannot help if you have forgotten to cancel the auto-renewal process. Although, you can reach out to support@axcrypt.net and let them decide how valid is your case.
