Axcrypt User Guide?

Is there a user guide on the ins and outs of using Axcrypt? Can you please tell me where to find it? (Don’t laugh you tech saavy folks! ;)

Since I am here, the question I wanted to look up is — if you delete a file from “recent files” page, does it delete the file in its permanent location or just from the recent files list? I really hesitate to take anyone’s time with such a rookie question, but since I couldn’t find a user guide…
