    Have you tried checking the “Recent Transactions” section in PayPal? Are there any system notifications about payments being declined or delayed? I think if you have a screenshot of a successful recurring payment, you should send it directly to AxCrypt for internal verification.

    Hello,

    I’ve got a problem with the subscription this year too. On 23rd. April my PayPal-account was debited with the yearly PREMIUM-Licence-fee but since then my AxCrypt account is showed as a “free”-version!  I can’t use all the PREMIUM-features anymore. TWO MONTHS ALREADY!!!!!

    Although I’ve send Emails to the support-Email-address there’s still no positive progress. A Developer handed the matter over to the Financial team (“Nikita”) but when I provided the requested information nothing happened. I send two reminder-Emails in the last weeks … but no reaction. NOTHING!!

    I really don’t understand this! I’m comfortable with the AxCrypt-software and -functionality generally but as AxCrypt is a SECURITY-software my confidence in the software depends on the company behind the scene also. And unfortunately the latter doesn’t look well organised.

    I ask for a solution shortly.  I’m able to provide the Ref.-N° of the above mentioned corresp0ndence for easy assignment.
