Axcrypt Platform will not accept any working email for 'Key Sharing' feature

I am at the beginning of the 14-day trial for the ‘personal use’  option, but upon selecting a file for encryption, I get an error message after selecting several working emails for the receipient that the contact can only be added when on-line. This is my 2nd attempt to use this software program just recently, but I am perplexed because I don’t seem to get very far with the ‘File Sharing’ feature. Please help

Please explain more about your system configuration, like (Operating system, version, etc), also the AxCrypt version.
