White Screen. Cannot Access Computer after removing Ax.crypt

I was using axcrypt to secure one file on my computer. I decided to remove ax.crypt which I did using windows in the usual manner. I then clis3d the computer. On re-opening 5he computer I used  my usual password and the c9mputer opened to a pure white screen and I could do no more. I cannot now access my computer.  What is the way out of this dilemma?  Urgent help needed. Thank you. G

Hello  Geoff,

AxCrypt uses the standard Windows Installer technology for install and uninstall. There should be no specific issues with that. You can install/uninstall the software as normal. we are not sure that,  this is not related AxCrypt, Please check with the system administrator.
