You can cancel the trial subscription by signing into the URL https://account.axcrypt.net/ and clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button on the “My AxCrypt ID” page.
If you are facing any trouble while canceling the subscription, please let us know via support@axcrypt.net. We will help you to cancel the subscription.

Peter KotyczkaI tried to cancel the Subscription. I was using it for trial to evaluate. Our company hasn’t decided yet, so I want to cancel the subscription.

David DanielI canceled my subscription to Axcrypt well before I was charged this month of May 2024, and yet and still I’m being charged again. Cancel my subscription and please refund any charge for the month of May 2024.
