I am trying to buy an annual membership and you guys are showing 19% VAT on the invoice. Why? I am not based in Europe and we have no VAT here. And yes this is showing even before I put in my card details.

AxCrypt calculates VAT, based on the user’s current location(based on IP address) while purchasing the subscription. For more information, please check our information site https://www.axcrypt.net/.

If you want to purchase the subscription, Please provide your email address, country, etc. Also, write an email to our support team at support@axcrypt.net. we will help you.
