Where are the instructions for the password manager?

<p>What features are in the password manager?  Will it automatically fill in userid and password for internet sites I visit?  When signing into a new site, does it offer to create a new entry in the db?  Does it offer new passwords when creating a new entry for a website, etc.?</p>
