I setup an Axcrypt premium account for a client and trying to test options for him using this account on my computer. Error when trying to encrypt. Is this a user issue? How do I get around this?

    Hi Len,

It should not have anything to do with the account.

Please make a complete error report as described here https://forum.axcrypt.net/blog/send-complete-error-report/ .

    Svante,

Got all the info and detailed email ready to send as requested above and thought I ought to try it again before I sent it. Worked. No idea why ok today but not yesterday.

Does app add Axcrypt folders under user?

    Hello Len,

The above exception happened might be the user account does not have enough access permission to create a file on that file path. or the previous process was dropped/stopped forcefully.

Good to hear, it is working again.

Yes, AxCrypt app used to create a temporary folder(C:\Users\‘User Name’\AppData\Local\AxCrypt) inside the users folder only. There AxCrypt will keep the local app settings cache and logs.
