Temporary file storage

My experience is that Axcrypt will temporarily store the saving of documents changes in its own folder locations and will only update the source file locations after all instances of that file type are closed. For instance, if changes are made to an open Excel file, Axcrypt will only update the original file location with any saved changes for that file after all Microsoft Office files are closed. This has created problems for me.

Is there any way to make Axcrypt update the encrypted source file without having to close the file being saved and related application files?
