registering my key with online account

Every time I try to create a new key for an online account it is rejected  I am a registered premium customer Please help so I have complete excess to axcrypt/  I can get a password reset but never receive a code.  I depend on axcrypt for all my files

I can not register for the online key I can try to change key but never receive a code that is required to complete transactions. I just renewed my subscription and have the latest axcrypt 2  I can reset password nut never receive code number to verify the transaction.  Please respond asap
