Prying eyes at home

I have encrypted a folder that I don’t want the rest of the family to get into when I am away from the compter…but it is left on and signed on with my Microsoft Account. So I signed out of AxCrypt and thought that would keep any prying eyes out of my encrypted folder. But it doesn’t. How can I solve this?

Hello PHILLIP,

Once you have sign-out the AxCrypt app. AxCrypt asks for the password when you open the files. Please try to open the folder inside the encrypted files.

If the above doesn’t help, please provide more information about the issue and some screenshots and write a mail to support@axcrypt.net.
