Program doesnt encrypt

Hello ;

My program does begin and open the encrypted files. But it doesnt encrypt new files I want.

And when I try to open an enrypted video, the video is so slow and it skips so that I cannot watch the video properly.

I need your help please.

Hello Orkan,

Without Premium in AxCrypt Mac version, you are able to decrypt and view the encrypted files. But you can’t able to encrypt more new files. If you want to encrypt more new files, then you need AxCrypt Premium.

It might be happened because of some firewall/antivirus or other third party applications are blocking the AxCrypt app. So please check the firewall or other software settings.

Please delete the folder (%LocalAppData%\AxCrypt(C:\Users\’User Name’\AppData\Local\AxCrypt) to clear the local cache and starts the AxCrypt app like a new.

Then uninstall the AxCrypt app and install the latest version of the AxCrypt app. You can download the same from our official website: https://forum.axcrypt.net/download/ .

Now install the AxCrypt app and try to start AxCrypting……

Now you can encrypt/decrypt the file without any issue.
