    Hi, I’ve been trying to update the email address on the Axcrypt web portal. After changing it in the security settings I received an email to the new email address with a link “Change e-mail” which I clicked on, and information saying to log in with the new email address and existing password, which would then delete the old AxCrypt ID. However when trying to login with the new email it doesn’t work and goes to a page as follows:

     

    The page could not be displayed!
    Unfortunately we could not display the page you were looking for. This might be because it does not exist, a server restart caused your browser session to become outdated, or some other error that caused us to be unable to process the request.

    Requested page:
    https://account.axcrypt.net/en/Home/Login

    Logging in with the old email still works and in the notifications it says an email change has been initiated.

    Any idea what’s going on and how to resolve this ?

    Hello, Could you please send an email to our support team at support@axcrypt.net with a screenshot of the error you experienced. Please also share information about your device and platform to assist you better.
