Password not working to open .axx files on expired account

How do I remedy opening files for an expired account?

 

I have been told the password is not correct but I believe it is.  Can I update to allow me to decrypt my files?

Hello HarryJohnson,

You always decrypt your files without any paid subscription. If you know the password for the file(which is used in the file encryption). You can always decrypt the file using the AxCrypt app.
