Not updateing from AxCrypt-2.1.1598.0-Setup -to- AxCrypt-2.1.1606.0-Setup

I’ve tried to update to the latest version, but keep getting an error message as follows:

“Failed to listen on prefix ‘http://localhost:53414/AxCrypt/1/’ because it conflicts with an existing registration on the machine.”

I have not changed anything on the pc this is installed on. I have uninstalled the earlier version, restarted, and installed the newer version, but still getting the same error message.

Please advise…
