No TLS cert on forum.axcrypt.net

Hello,

While posting my previous question, I noticed that this forum subdomain is loading over HTTP, not HTTPS. The link to this forum on the main axcrypt.net website links to https://axcrypt.net/forums, but that is currently set to a 302 redirect to a non-secure version of the forum homepage, which then 301s to the same forum homepage URL but with the addition of a trailing slash.

Why is there no TLS certificate installed and active for the forum subdomain?
