New contacts can only be added when online!

It’s my first attempt at using “Share Keys”. I click the button in the app and navigate to the file and select “Open”. I’m prompted to “Add User”.
I add an email address and a warning message pops up with New contacts can only be added when online!
After that, my only option is to “Cancel” the operation.
(I have attempted multiple email addresses – each fails as above)

What does this mean (my searches on your site have come up with no results)?

Am I doing something wrong or is the software doing something wrong?

Hello Steven,

As per your error message, this might be because your AxCrypt app is in offline mode or your system is not connected to the proper internet.

Please use the AxCrypt app with a proper internet connection. Check your internet connection now start the AxCrypt app and credentials. Now you are able to see the Premium status on the AxCrypt application title bar.
