    Hello,

     

    I was looking in the account portal but there is no way for me to change payment method on file as well as the email where we get our invoices and receipts needs to be changed to itbilling@eggs.ca

     

    If you can guide me on how to change payment information, I will add the new credit card then.

     

    Please advise how to proceed.

    Hello  Iffat Khan,

    You can update your payment details by signing into https://account.axcrypt.net/en/Home/Login . After signing in, just navigate to My AxCrypt ID page and click update payment details button to update the payment info.

    If you have any queries related to the AxCrypt subscription payment details, please write a mail to info@axcrypt.net .

    I am new to Axcrypt. I deleted a user to try and resend them an invite but now it wont let me because they have a trial running already. how can i reset this?
