le chemint d'accès n'est pas conforme

hi

all is ok until today. J have a message “le chemin d’accès n’est pas conforme”. In english, somthing like “the path is not in accordance with..”. My files are not corrupted because i can open them whith an other pc, but axcrypt is bugging when it started. A windows appears with “axcrypt failed to stard – All settings cleared”. And just above, the next sentence “le chemin d’accès n’est pas conforme”.

J have already move back axcrypt without efficiency.

Try uninstalling AxCrypt, restarting your computer and then reinstalling AxCrypt.

Hello, same problem, I try to uninstall (2 times), reboot and re-instal, problem stay…
That’s a new install of Windows on my PC (W10 now) I’ve many files encrypted, I can’t open any !

Hate to be a pest, but I’d really like to know what the version number is… Preferably with a screenshot. We’ve had many issues with users downloading from unofficial sites and in other ways not actually running the “latest”.

I tried again to uninstall and reboot the PC and miraculously it works!
