j’ai tout effacé, car ce logiciel ne me convenait pas … merci de tout détruire … je ne suis pas intéressé.

JE NE SUIS PAS CAPABLE D’ALLER SUR VOTRE SITE ET D’EFFACER MES DONNÉES. LE ID QUE VOUS M’ENVOYER NE FONCTIONNE PAS … JE NE SAIS PLUS QUOI FAIRE, ÇA FAIT AU MOINS 5 FOIS QUE J’ESSAIE RIEN À FAIRE … J’ABANDONNE ET JE NE REVIENDRAI PLUS SUR CE SITE …

 

Nous ne supprimons comptes sur demande par e – mail pour des raisons de sécurité. Si vous souhaitez supprimer votre compte, s’il vous plaît vous connecter à https://account.axcrypt.net/Home/Login et faire en utilisant le “Supprimer AxCrypt ID« fonction sous «Paramètres».

As the message you quote say – we do not delete accounts on request. You must delete it yourself. This is for your security.

Sign in to your account and delete it at https://account.axcrypt.net/Home/Login .

If you do not know the password, issue a password reset at https://account.axcrypt.net/Home/PasswordReset and then sign in and delete it.

If this does not work, please send a screen shot of the error message describing your problem.
