Hello,

I have a Premium membership. But when I launch the mobile application on iPad, a window asks me to take a new subscription on the App Store. And it’s impossible to ignore this window without being disconnected!
What can I do?

Hello Alain Willaert and Mike R,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Due to some technical issues, the app not able to validate the subscription. we fixed the issue and now it is up.
