Impossible trouver solution pour payer renouvellement abonnement Premium

Quand je vais sur le site AxCrypt, sous mon identifiant et MDP, je vois “acheter Premium” (en renouvellement), mais je n’arrive pas à ouvrir, et donc à fournir mes indications de paiement ! et ma “clef ” apparait comme une suiccession de “0”, que je ne peux pas remplacer par ma clef précédente …..
