    Hello:

    I created a free account by error (I have a premium one), but now I can’t log out from the free one and log in with the premium one. The new account uses a different email as user and I can’t log out from that user to log in with the email which I have the premium account.

    Hello Sergio,

    Sign in to the AxCrypt app with different email address/AxCrypt accounts, Please try to clear the AxCrypt local contents by using the AxCrypt file menu File | Options | Clear All Settings & Restart or clicking the Reset button in the sign in dialog. This will clear all the local contents cache of the AxCrypt app and restart the app like a freshly installed one. Now you can enter the AxCrypt account and credentials.

    If the above does not help, please provide more information about the issue and some screenshots and write a mail to support@axcrypt.net.
