How to clear recent files from list pinned to taskbar

I have AxCrypt pinned to my Windows 10 Home taskbar for quick access to my two most often used files, which are pinned to that icon.  If I view other encrypted files, the list that pops up gets very long, and I can only seem to clear the names one at a time with a right click on the file name, then a left click on “Remove from this list.”  Is there a way to clear the whole list of recent files, as there is in the app window?  Thanks.

Hello Gerald,

Please try to clear by using the AxCrypt file menu File | Options | Clear All Settings & Restart or clicking the switch user button in the sign-in dialog. now the AxCrypt app clears the recent files and starts the AxCrypt app like a new.
