Hello Ralph,

To change the account email, Sign in to the AxCrypt account site https://account.axcrypt.net/en/Home/Login  with the email address and then go to Security | Email to set the new email.

When doing the email changes, we have to be careful with the email addresses and its accounts. There must not already be such an account. If there is, please delete it first. – Means we can change the AxCrypt account email address to new email address which is not associated with any other AxCrypt accounts.

If you want to change the AxCrypt account password via File | Options | Change Password from the AxCrypt app or you can change the AxCrypt account password via our account site, please sign in our website (https://account.axcrypt.net/en/Home/Login ) then go to security | Password.
