in the same HD, i dont have problem for open this file…. is OK!

When come a little window  for ask me a password is in this grafic  module.-

And now a problem:

 This is another file in the same HD. When i want open come this little window whit another grafic and a green line! ????? and is impossible to open.

 I’m desperate.

Try to copy one of the problem files to your local hard disk and then decrypt it.

I have already done! before writing in your forum I have tried all,
but without results! One file Yes, the other No! Why? and then…….
why the green line?
Please, leaves that I can send the file so you can find the solution.

It seems the Comodo Sandbox causes the green border around your window.
