Leslie FisherI would like to ask for your help. The mobile application (free version) cannot access files stored on Google Drive. I get the error message “This application is disabled”.

We sincerely apologize for the issue that you are facing. We observed the registered complaint and found out that this happened due to added security norms in google cloud API side. The resolution to this comes costly to us at this point of time with the current application as we are working stringently on enhancing our application to newer frameworks for all platforms. We request you to hold back and allow us sometime while we release the new apps.
We thank you for being such a valuable customer and we assure you with resolution in the new upgraded app. Please write to us in case you need further assistance.
Richard Lenz<p>Does this problem also exist in the Premium version?</p><p> </p><p>Also, related to Google Drive, there is no Google Drive icon in the MacOS app ver. 2.2.804.0, as is advised by the “Support bot”. Is this because of the same problem – a change in Google Drive API?</p>

This has and will increase the app performance with an all new UI. We request you to hold back and allow us sometime while we release the new apps.
We already have a beta app (link) being tested by users currently. The google cloud API issue is already resolved in all our newer apps and we are not releasing any new versions on the existing apps as mentioned. AxCrypt is getting upgraded both performance and user interface-wise.

Richard Lenz<p>Thanks for the feedback. I’m a little unclear though – is the beta version you provided the link for supposed to contain the Google Cloud fix or will it be in a “newer app”? I downloaded the beta and don’t see any capability for Google Drive.</p>

We thank you and appreciate your patience. The Google Drive is supposedly to be working along with the beta version. We are continuously working on to meet all our customer’s requirements via feedbacks on the beta applications. Please note that this is fixed and will be released with the next version within a week again. Thanks!
hanaYou might try checking if there’s an update or contacting the app developer for clarification.
