Scott Bernstein
Hi Prabhukumar,

I do have a Premier account, it shows as such in my account. Under the notification bell at the top of the screen for this login, it shows I have Premium. It was originally setup under sbernstein@bssi2.com but I was able to change the account login to sbern227@aol.com. I do not want to clear my old profile of sbernstein@bssi2.com and I feel I will lose my Premium subscription. I think a remote session to my pc is warranted.

You’re all set! Your Premium subscription purchase was successful and is now active.
07 January 2025 03:08 PM

So why don’t you see it and what doesn’t my local application see it?
PS: I sent emails from Outlook and from the web site about this issue before seeing your response.

Scott Bernstein, sbern227@aol.com 847-513-2649
