My Company is looking for encrypting the sensitive data.  We have MS SQL Database.  Any information on how to setup this software to encrypt and decrypt would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Thank you for your replay.

My company wants to encrypt sensitive data in our backend database, which is MS SQL Server.  Then we want to encrypt the new data coming into our database.

We will need to decrypt the data we send to our customers in Power BI reports.

All this needs to happen automatically behind the scene.

Is there a script that we will need to incorporate in order to accomplish this.

    thanks

    Mahmood

    Hello Mahmood,

We are sorry to say, Currently, we are not supporting command line options. We will add that feature in future versions of the AxCrypt app.

With the AxCrypt key-sharing feature, we can share the encrypted files with customers. But AxCrypt encrypted files have a special file type extension “.axx”. So encrypted files can be opened only with the AxCrypt app. customer needs to register with AxCrypt free version to decrypt/view the encrypted files.

Note: We need to send the encrypted file to the customer manually. But the file will be send as encrypted due to security concerns.
