Error al iniciar el programa

Ya tengo una cuenta que caduca en abril del 2021.

Hoy al iniciar el programa me pide un correo como si no tuviera ya una cuenta y estuviera iniciando una sesión de prueba.

Cunado lo pongo -el que ya tengo- me pide una contraseña. Al escribirla, me saca del programa y no me deja avanzar más.

¿Como puede hacer?

Hello Miralba,

I think, you might clicked the Reset button in the sign in password dialog. That button is used to reset the AxCrypt account data in the locally installed AxCrypt app. That means, it will clear all the local contents cache of the AxCrypt app and restart the app like a freshly installed one.

Then you have to provide your account email address and password again to sign in to the AxCrypt app.

Do you remember the password? or do you forget the password? Please explain more details and screenshot also please write an email to our support team support@axcrypt.net.
