    I no longer have control of the email address that is the username/email address for my account.

     

    How can I change my account username/email to my current email address.

    Hello Richard Williams,

    To change the account email, Sign in to the AxCrypt account site https://account.axcrypt.net/en/Home/Login  with the email address and then go to Security | Email to set the new email.

    When doing the email changes, we have to be careful with the email addresses and its accounts. There must not already be such an account. If there is, please delete it first. – Means we can change the AxCrypt account email address to new email address which is not associated with any other AxCrypt accounts.
