I changed my email address. Is there something different or specific that I need to do when logging into axcrypt on my windows PC. Thanks.

Hello Sara,

Please delete the folder (C:\Users\’User Name’\AppData\Local\AxCrypt) to clear the local cache and starts the AxCrypt app like a new. or click the switch user button in AxCrypt sign-in dialog box.

Now start the AxCrypt app and login to the AxCrypt new(changed) email address with credentials.
