Can't clean up files which dont exist and aren't open anywhere else

I cannot clean up the files in my folder even though they aren’t open anywhere else and have been deleted. Therefore I cannot sign out of the account as it says they need cleaning, what are the steps I need to take to remove these files from the folder on the app- which no longer exist anywhere else?

Hello Max,

Please try to clear the AxCrypt local contents by using the AxCrypt file menu File | Options | Clear All Settings & Restart, or by clicking the switch user button in the sign-in dialog
