Cannot encrypt local files on iPhone or Android

Android, choosing secure, local files, brings up options to allows access to thing like gallery etc. but not access to files.

IPhone, no option to choose local files, just cloud.

Yes, but in terms of security, Iphone is at the top of the list. This assertion is recognized by all users. Some limitations are also given but not significant.
