soumyaI dont want axcrypt premium subscription. I have even emailed about cancelling my subscription before 30 days free trial end date but it was not cancelled and my money got deducted. Can you please Cancel my subscription and refund the money.

Please send the AxCrypt subscription purchase email address, invoice, and subscription details. Please write an email to our support team support@axcrypt.net. we investigate and try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
SonjaWe canceled one of our subscription in August 2023. In July 2024 we got billed for the cancelled subscription. my mails are not getting answered other than saying someone will get in touch.
This is unacceptable coming from a company to keep billing clients long after the subscription has been canceled. there is also no way to remove the card details form the account so that this not happen again.
I need feedback on this urgently and expect a refund ASAP!
