AxCrypt doesn't work

I’ve downloaded & installed your program. Then I right clicked on a folder and chose “encrypt”, the files in the folder were encrypted. Now I cannot open any of the files. I double click on them, right click and choose “open” or “decrypt” – nothing happens.

Is there any error message? Please post of a screenshot of any error message.

If your files are encrypted you’ll see a large green padlock. To open the file you just need to double click on the file.

• Did you restart your computer after installing AxCrypt? If not, restart now.
• If you did restart your computer after installation then quit AxCrypt (file, exit) and then load AxCrypt again.

Your files should now be visible.
