    Hi,

    I’ve downloaded the free version of AxCrypt so I can receive a copy of a file a customer wants me to have; I’ve entered my email on first time use, but I have still not received the email with my 6-digit activation code so I cannot retrieve my customer’s file.

    My email address is registered and I can logon but I cannot see my AxCrypt ID anywhere on my profile.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Hello Liz,

    Can you please send an e-mail to:

    support att axcrypt dott net

    (replace ‘att’ with @ and ‘dott’ with . and remove spaces).

    We need your email address in order to check your account.

    I’ve been using AxCrypt for years and tried to install on a new computer without success.  After repeated attempts to get an activation code, the code was never received.  Eventually received a link to reset my password which was not desired or used.  I would like to continue to use AxCrypt but if a code is not received, that will be impossible.  Thanks for your attention to this problem.
