I renewed my subscription in October 2020 and valid till October 2021. However, it shows a message that I don’t have a valid subscription plan when I use my android phone. Please advise.

Hello Roy Wong,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Due to the latest API mismatch, AxCrypt mobile app does not recognize user subscription details and we are working on it and its release as soon as possible.
