Already used AxCrypt. Restarted computer it asks to email code to set password

Hi,

I used AxCrypt yesterday for the first time. I set it up through email. I entered the code, set the password. It worked fine. I encrypted some files. I signed out of AxCrypt. Then I signed back in. I was able to unencrypt my files. Today, I turned on my computer and AxCrypt will not allow me to sign in to use the program on my computer. It keeps prompting me to setup again by email. It wants to email me a new code and asks me for a new password.

Please help. I have encrypted files with this.

Hello Lynn,

Please contact support and do send screen shots. I’ve looked at the logs, and it’s not apparent that you were in contact with our servers from your PC. I can see that you signed up and validated the account, but then I see no further activity. (We don’t log very much, but we should see something for example a failed attempt to contact our server.
